We are all unique individuals. We each have innate strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes. Some of this is programmed and some of it we are born with. My goal is to assist you in aligning with your truest self. The self you were born as. Your most authentic version of yourself. The you that makes you feel like you are home — complete, whole, and free. 

My coaching is rooted in cognitive-behavioral psychology and meditation.

COGNITIVE PSYCHOLOGY

We will identify and change limiting belief systems and negative cognitive patterns of thinking.

BEHAVIORAL PSYCHOLOGY

We will identify patterns of behavior in your life that are not benefiting you and implement positive behavioral changes that work towards your goals.

MEDITATION

Through meditation, you will experience the profound effects of breathwork, visualization, and presence.
